Delete Your Account
You can delete your Evidens account and all associated data at any time.
In the app
- Open Evidens and log in
- Go to Profile
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
Without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, use the form below. Enter the phone number associated with your account, verify it with the code we text you, and confirm deletion.
Trouble receiving a code? Email contact@evidens.com.au and include the phone number associated with your account.
What gets deleted
- Your account details (phone number, region, language)
- Properties and room information you created
- Inspection photos and generated reports
Your data is marked for deletion immediately and permanently removed within 30 days. Signed inspection reports linked to active tenancy periods may be retained longer, as described in our Privacy Policy.
